Where do I find my tracking number?
It's in the shipping confirmation email. You can also find it in ton compte, on the order concerned.
How long before tracking goes live?
Allow 2 to 5 days after dispatch, the time it takes the carrier to log the first scan. Until then, the order shows as packed.
I don't have a tracking number, what now?
Use the “Order number” tab with your email address, or sign in to ton compte : you see the status of every parcel, no password needed.
My tracking hasn't moved for days, should I worry?
No, it happens often in transit: a parcel sometimes travels without intermediate scans. Tracking resumes at the next sorting centre.
Quand vais-je recevoir ma commande ?
The estimated delivery date appears in the tracking as soon as the parcel is collected. If in doubt, write to us via the page contact.
