Umbreon's official Pokédex entry describes rings that begin to glow once night falls, an effect that grows stronger under the moon's aura. That is not a fan interpretation: it has been written into its profile since its Generation II debut and carries through every game since.
Its official category is the "Moonlight Pokémon". In the anime and in recent games alike, the yellow glow of its rings works both to intimidate a rival in the dark and to signal its position to its trainer. Very few Pokémon have a design this directly tied to the idea of light in the dark, which makes it a natural subject for a night light rather than an arbitrary pick.

Umbreon or Noctali: which name is correct?
Umbreon is the English name, kept as-is in Spanish too. In French it is officially called Noctali, though "Umbreon" shows up constantly in French search data because the TCG and video game community leans heavily on English names regardless of region.
Umbreon carries National Pokédex number 197. It is a pure Dark type, weak to Bug, Fighting and Fairy moves. Its Synchronize ability reflects any status condition it inflicts, burn, paralysis or poison, straight back onto the opponent that caused it. Its coat is black with yellow markings, its eyes red, and its silhouette stays leaner and lower to the ground than its fellow Eevee evolutions.

How do you evolve Eevee into Umbreon?
Umbreon comes from levelling up an Eevee with high friendship at night. No evolution stone is involved: it is a friendship evolution gated by in-game time, introduced in Generation II and still valid in Scarlet and Violet.
The rule is simple to remember: it does not matter when the friendship is built up, only the moment of the level-up that triggers the evolution matters. The same high-friendship Eevee turns into Espeon instead if that level-up happens during the day. To speed up the friendship grind, holding a Soothe Bell works across most recent games, Scarlet and Violet included.

Does an official Umbreon night light exist?
No. Neither Nintendo nor The Pokémon Company currently sells an official Umbreon night light. What is actually on the market are independent artisan pieces in resin or 3D print, laser-engraved acrylic illusion lamps, and licensed-derivative crystal Pokéballs like ours.
That is an honest limit worth stating before comparing anything: none of these options, ours included, is an officially Nintendo-licensed product. The choice comes down to material, finish and price, not a nonexistent "official" label.
