While we often talk about the most powerful, rarest, or fastest Pokémon, what about the largest? Some colossi in the Pokédex reach surprising sizes, to the point of defying all logic. Here, we present the 10 largest Pokémon, only in their standard forms (excluding Gigamax, Mega-Evolutions, Primal Reversions, or alternative regional forms). To differentiate between those of equal size, we took their weight into account.

10. Milotic

An elegant Pokémon despite its size

With its 6.2 meters long and 126 kg, Milotic opens this ranking. This Generation III Water Pokémon, known for its grace and beauty, is the evolution of the very modest Feebas. Its serpentine appearance and undulating movements give it a majestic allure despite its imposing size.

9. Gyarados

An emblematic figure of the first generation, Gyarados is 6.5 meters long and weighs 235 kg. It embodies the brutality of an enraged sea monster. Its reputation matches its size, being the spectacular evolution of the peaceful Magikarp.

8. Giratina

This Ghost/Dragon Pokémon measures 6.9 meters and weighs 650 kg. Originating from the fourth generation, Giratina is one of the most mysterious entities in Pokémon lore. It rules the Distortion World and completes the creation trio with Palkia and Dialga.

From the 7th generation and a member of the Ultra Beasts, Celesteela is 9.2 meters long and weighs almost its maximum of 999.9 kg. Its mechanical and menacing silhouette evokes an extraterrestrial creature, ready to destroy everything in its path.

At 14.5 meters, Wailord is the longest Water-type Pokémon. It has a gigantic build for a surprisingly low weight of 398 kg, which explains why it can float easily. It remains one of the most voluminous Pokémon to catch in the game.
